Legends of Heropolis

Legend of Heropolis is an online management game from Kairosoft (Game Dev Story, Pocket League Story) where players have to lead a group of Power Rangers-style superheroes. Your aim is to rebuild a city that's been demolished by villains while simultaneously improving your characters' abilities.

In Legends of Heropolis you have to manage on the one hand the rebuilding of your city (which requires you to build different buildings and other ornamental elements), and on the other the levels of your Power Ranger-esque heroes. This second part is the most fun because you can recruit dozens of different characters for your group.

Another very important part of Legends of Heropolis is the fighting. From time to time the bad guys attack the city and you have to confront them. The combat system is very simple but it'll still let you carry out different strategies: you can do combos, special attacks, etc.

Legends of Heropolis is a role-play–enhanced strategy game that more or less follows the same template as other Kairosoft titles. Its biggest innovation over similar titles is its combat system, which offers a breath of fresh air.
